Spot NAND prices are up 9 DAYS in a row. Before that they were down most everyday for the past several months. Is the NAND market turning up? The big players (Samsung, WDC, Hynix) all forcast continuing NAND price declines for the next two quarters as recently as last week with Samsung. However, maybe the market is turning sooner than expected. No one, not even the insiders, can time the market perfectly. Nine months ago at the peak the NAND producers were thinking they were in for a good market in 2018. That didn't go as expected. Let's see if NAND spot continues up and if this is the start of a new upcycle. Only time will tell.
