Conversation with Mr Richard Kalin, President Of NOIZ:
Mr Kalin accepted my call immediately, and was very receptive regarding my concerns. I was prompted to make the call due to the 0 volumes days experienced in the last week. Topics discussed included earnings, product lines, the recent downgraded recommendations of Vectorvest and 2nd Opinion Weekly(Suretrade Site), the Asian influence, new product introduction, and investor relations/press releases.
Re earnings: report due to come out by end of month. Although he, understandedly so, didn't reveal the actual numbers, he did state NOIZ
continues to grow, revenues and profitability, as both the quarterly and annual comparisions will indicate.
Re Product Lines: Currently 3 product lines... 1-Control Components
(currently sold out), 2-VCO's, Volume Control Oscillators, and 3-Test Equiptment. Mr Kalin stated "Good on all cylinders"
Re recommendation downgrades: Stated that he was as surprised as all of us, and agreed that maybe he should let the investing community know whats going on with the company
Re Asian influnce: Does some business with Korea, but has visited there around 100 times and has control over the situation, such as letters of credit, etc.
Regarding New Product Developement: Has major trade show scheduled in the near future. NOIZ has applied for a patent on a new product, undisclosed, and is clearly a leader in the market. Mr Kalin was very excited about this.
Re Investor Relations: I mentioned that unless the investors were aware of all the good stuff, chances are the co. might remain "undiscovered" He stated that he was aware of the importance of press releases. etc, and is working toward issuing at least 1 report per month.
In addition Mr Kalin referred me to other officers in the company for additional information.
It was apparent to me that Mr Kalin is very interested in the long term growth of NOIZ, and is receptive to investor concerns.
