><>...Jack, I understand what you are saying about angels but, can we
attribute "salvation" to them as we know it?..Even the people in the OT before Jesus, needed a "preaching" to, by Jesus...1Pt 3:19-20
It is the blood of Jesus that saves right?
Angels are spirits.and are called so Heb,1:7+14... Men are never spoken of in Scripture as "spirits"...For a spirit hath not flesh and bones.
Jack as to my saying "once a son always a son", and by the way, that was not my idea, it was yours, but I thought a good one for purposes of showing, that in relation to those not saved,a son remains a son, just by virtue of being a child of God. And I do not mean "child" to mean "saved".....Or in the alternative, "created" by God, as in satan's case and other angels.
Our salvation or more particulary the salvation of man, is dependent upon believing that the sacrifice of Jesus was sufficient..... Now, what a "saved" person does with that belief begins another chapter.....
Satan was condemned to perish after his sin, and before the blood of Jesus was shed..Ez 28..As well as his enterage..2Pt.2:4..This tells me that salvation through the blood of Jesus was not an "option" for the angels...Enlighten me if there be another truth..
Love in our Lord Jesus, Shalom...><> |
