Golden Goliath Resources (GNG-V) Nov 5, '18 Desarrollos Mineros El Aguila SA de CV (El Aguila), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresnillo PLC, has exercised the option agreement for the properties optioned to it by Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. in the Uruachic mining district in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.

The final payment of $2.3-million (U.S.) was made on Nov. 5. Golden Goliath chief executive officer Paul Sorbara says: "We are very pleased that the option was exercised as it gives the company the working capital it needs for exploration. We will still hold a royalty on the seven optioned properties in the Uruachic district as well as 100-per-cent ownership in the past-producing San Timoteo property, which lies in the heart of the district."
