Important: Actually, PC users are more informed than you might imagine and we have the FTC to protect us: In general, the Commission's efforts are directed toward stopping actions that threaten consumers' opportunities to exercise informed choice. BTW, I think somebody had the SEC confused with the FTC and they also confused guidelines for professionals in securities exchange market with the freedom of expression enjoyed by us individual investors. Especially troubling were the attempts to squash comment on public remarks made by CEO Sanders. Again, that would not have mattered anyway. I am glad to see that has been cleared up, as it were, and we won't have to bother with that nonsense anymore. Any news on the Moody's downgrade?
