I found there to be 9+M shares outstanding from the IPO, but I'm not sure how it breaks down. The thing that got me today was the HUGE volume, over 150K, when there had been recently under 5K shares. I just jumped on, figuring that this thing will at least trade somewhat above the $11 IPO. Screwing around with FOK orders really cost me. Instead of just buying at market this am at 10, I jsut did the same thing and had to pony up 10 5/8. You definately cannot day trade this stock, due to the tremendous spreads and illequidity. I must say I havent done all the research I'd like to, because in taking the time to do that, the stock could be at 20 bucks. Look at SPLN and ONSL. Good luck to those who, like myself, decide to jump in. Steve
