Afaq: Real good question. What ARE the stock restrictions, if any. One thing I'm curious about and maybe there's a simple answer. Waite is a financial guy and his intentions are either to save the company or milk the last drop out of it. Dr. See is on the research side of this puppy. Why bother to give HIM stock if the plan is to short the company until it's out of existence? Two possible answers come to MY mind A. He's actually another Waite crony with a Doctorate in Mathematics. B. He's an idiot, and has been convinced to stay on with stock offers because his paychecks keep bouncing. I guess we just have to WAITE & SEE. Sorry about that. Wally
