We tried this....it was a dismal failure, but a lot of fun. It's a lot harder to do than it looks!!! Mostly we just had strings of dough with big holes. Kept adding flour, and Ammo's kept getting greyer and greyer. (I advise actually watching kids wash their hands before cooking-don't just take their word that they did it.)We finally kinda smooshed it on a pizza pan and pinched the holes together. Covered it up with a lot of sauce and cheese. I have blocked out the results, but we didn't do it again, which may be a clue. Do you think someone would pay to see us do this? Eagerly awaiting your mozzarella manipulation--I tried and couldn't come up with a thing. Incidentally---this whole pizza idea makes me feel like Mama Leone. Another fat image. What's the deal.
