Don't know on the Ford deal. I am less optimistic on this line of business based on increased competition. The 10K gave insight into challenges with MVS subsidiary. IF the Ford deal happens; great; but my 1998 projections assume break-even for the MVS subsidiary. Socrates and Technet is where the action will be. MVS is being restructured and is no longer a large part of MVSI with the other acquisitions. They have potential particularly with several million dollars in tax credit from Canada. But they need to make money first.
