The US has been outsourcing our military production to China since at least the Clinton years. I know that from personal experience with a defense contractor that is a long time friend of our family. He told me he was outsourcing to China with US gov't approval. bloomberg.com Because this is well known and happened in spades during the Obama years, D's prefer to focus on Russia.
