The February/March issue of "Video" magazine has a mostly favorable review of the DHT1. The summary of the article is as follows:

Although it doesn't come cheap, Projectavision's DHT1 is a fine example of cutting-edge video engineering. Can you get
better performance from a top-end CRT-based front- or rear-projector today, in early 1998? Yes, you can. But this system shouldn't
be taken lightly. Its flexibility is wonderful, and its virtual lack of picture noise and overall image reproduction are quite
good. For corporate situations where sharp graphics are a must, or for those who need serious brightness levels, it's worth
looking into right now. For the rest of us, I'd probably wait for Projectavision's nest DLP effort. It doesn't get to Video Nirvana
this round, but the potential is extremely exciting.
