STN - The deal will not take place until the 3rd qtr. What I have observed is that it will trade 1-2 dollars below 18 and then follow the trend of the buying co.

A good trade would have been to buy this morning when it fell to ~15 on profit taking. Then ride it up to 16-17.

It may be a short if you see any weakness in the buying company's [CEI] share price. It will usually trade at less then 1/2 of CEI value, since the deal is for 0.466 shares of CEI for each share of STN.

Keep a close eye on CEI and if it falls, then short STN because it will soon follow the patern.

Certainly not a short at this point.
