Market update: Who do we blame today? Morgan Stanley has been the broker with all the stock you want at 15 1/16...if Schwabb hadn't gotten an order to buy 10-15k this PM they would've pushed it lower ....... Just a note...... Paine Webber posed the question....are semi's bottoming? " Downside risk now 20%...upside 60-70% for many we follow" risk/reward is certainly compelling. Good luck, Bob
