Mattie, Good results for your patience. I got in at 35-3/8 and 36-1/8. I'll sell 2/3 of this if we get above 40 and stall out, and then buy back below 38. I see all these estimates for $2.60 FFO for 1998, but I wouldn't be surprised to see if closer to $2.80-3.00. If so, the stock should be able to support $38-45 in the first half of next year.
