HI Barry; Well I thought I had to, and have more than doubled
down, and still have a 2000 share bid sitting at 1 -5/16
GTC all or none. I use the AON because they have in the past
just given me a 100 or so shares in a day, and with commissions
that's no good. I pay the same comis. for 100 as I do for 5000,
but it only good for what fills "that day"..the next day starts
over. So I just wait them out a $12 commish on 100 shares
is like an 1/8th pt..heck thats a lot on a penny stock if I
can't move at least a 1000 or better then I just sit or do
a market order. Market orders move fast, but I like to get
or sell better than the current market, but I make
an exception if I see a "fast" move coming like buying
a stock going into the S&P or such.
-----------------------------
With MOOV I bought to soon, and have doubled down several times,
going from 2000 shares to almost 12000, got one big block
( for me ) when I was out on the Boat back in OCT :-) had I been
in at the time I would have killed it before it filled. AS a re-sult
I've followed her down to 1 1/16 and reduced my average to with
several more buys. Some people frown on this, type of style but
it's worked for me in the past, takes some nerve :-)
The nerve of a cat burglar in the night.
------------------
I found runing boats that once your a commited to say a bend in
the river, and if your slide shows more than you expected,
it's to late to back off. The operators that do wind up hard
aground and need help getting off. The more experance just shove
her in the conner pedal to the metal, and either check the slide
or try to bounce off the bank with a glancing blow. More Bridges
get taken out by last minute but indisive pulling back on the
trottle after the point of no return than any way else.
I've gone through briges with barges were my anal would have
bent a 10 penny nail, and my mouth going dry as a desert, it's
called hard over and hooked up. :-)
It's not just luck I'm one of the best on the river, I had good
teachers, and paid attention. If your giong to slow the baby
down you got to do it before you are commited to a turn,
a puff of wind after you get into it might cause a big problem,
but backing off to late makes it worse.
I got MOOV and I'm hard over and hooked up, and fixing to
call the engineer to jack up the damm governor. Not only do
I think I'll clear the turn with some room to spare, but I'll
have some damm headway coming out of it. One thingy about this
dealy is there is no exdate or deadline I have to contend with.
If I had room for MOVI along side I'd take her on too.
But all my spare cash for this sector is going into MOOV.
I'm also hot on AR and PCU in that sector. AND EWS in that
one, and want to play with some other things as well.
You can sell your shares to me at 1-5/16 or buy
more ? but I doubt you get them at 1-5/16th as my bid is
is about at the head of the line and wont fill. :-)
I'm kinda sure it's the all or non I got on it, as I do
see some small trades going by at that price.
Jim
