Richard, Congrats to you as well. I bought at 35 5/8 and 35 3/4. I can't beleive the strength today in the REIT's after digesting this CEI deal. We should make some new highs soon, as momentum is building. Boston Prop is another one I own which is up strong and should be hitting a new high soon.
