Perry,

You asked me to tell you when I pulled the trigger. Well I pulled it today, buying 2500 shares at 11 1/2. The stock looks good to at least 12 1/4 or 12 1/2.

Gruntal & Co. upgraded the stock to a strong buy from buy citing improved orders and backlog in the fiscal second quarter. They have been positive on IRF for quite a while and their upgrade to a buy when the stock was in the 11 area a few months ago stimulated a rally that got it moving to the mid 20 area. I'm not betting on that yet, but I do think we are near the low and that the stock will move up from here.
