Tend to agree and people who are concerned about dietary cholesterol, which is different from serum cholesterol, can remove some of the yolks and eat more egg white.

My friend who was diagnosed Type 2 last year does often eat eggs for breakfast and his blood sugar has stabilized. His doctor has also reduced his Metformin from 2000mg to 1000mg. The main diet changes he has made are eliminating sugar and wheat.
