ANOTHER LAWSUIT PENDING AGAINST OILEX; THIS ONE INCLUDES BURDITT
You would have thought after all of the controversy on this thread concerning non-disclosed lawsuits pending against the company, that they would have gotten the message that shareholders want to be informed regarding lawsuits filed against the company.
I have verbally confirmed with the clerk of the Denver District Court, Denver, Colorado (Phone 303-640-2491) of the following action shown in the public records of that court:
