TO ALL : RE: Stock Manipulation Just Posted on CW This is a specific Notice to MISM Shareholders. I have this fax which just arrived and I think it is important for all MISM Shareholders to take notice as to what has been going on and the reason our Share Price has not moved up significantly. QUOTED FAX OF JAN 16/98 FROM DAN MASTERS TO ALL MIS SHAREHOLDERS: It has become evident that some external force has decided to play games with our stock. Specifically, we have cases of someone selling stock below the bid price. We also have trades of a few shares at strategic times. There can only be one explanation for this and that is someone is trying to purposely harm our company. We will not allow this to continue. We have contacted the SEC and have asked them to investigate our trading. We believe we know who the offenders are and have relayed that information to the authorities. We have also decided to retain the services of private investigators who specialize in investigating stock manipulations. Our intent is to hunt down the people involved and prevent them from continuing. I have been advised that they may be committing a criminal act. Our Company has three acquisitions in the works. Our good news and growth will make for a bright future for our shareholders and employees. I want to assure all shareholders that we will continue to do all we can to grow MIS and increase your share value. We appreciate your faith and look forward to the future. END OF FAX
