best hot cocoa I ever had was simply a cup of melted chocolate served at the Marriott hotel in Moscow back 2001 In Hong Kong the closest to that is melted chocolate in regular/ normal / usual hot chocolate at W Hotel which is quite far off my routine path Just occurred to me to ask next time for several cups of the goodness w/ usual hot cocoa ‘on the side’
