Afaq - thanks for the additional input on SNTKY - they have an impressive web site. Speaking of which - what gives with the HVSF web site??? I tried www.harvardscientific.com (which is where YAHOO points you when inquiring on HVSF profile) and I get a real funcky site with no links or active pages. It would be nice if they would put up a web site to track press releases, SEC filings, trial status, etc for their investors/shareholders.

Speaking of SEC filings, did anyone else notice the Form 8-K filed by Alexander Walker, Jr (a former Director). It sites no less than 16 issues to which HVSF had to file answers (in same 8-K). The interesting point is paragraph 14 in which Walker alleges that HVSF and management for failing to dislose material information to its shareholders. He goes on to site an FDA audit to be conducted on the company's Phase I product.

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts on this document, and its impact possibilities on the stock short/long term - either positive or negative.

P.S. The SEC documents can be found by searching www.edgar-online.com and looking for HVSF filings. You can also set up e-mail notification when a watchlist stock of yours has filed a form with the SEC - a nice feature indeed!!!
