there is ZERO harm in whole eggs.
If you remove any yolk, it makes the egg not as good for you.
The WHOLE egg was meant to be eaten by design . . nutrients in one part work in harmony with nutrients in the other. (like the whites lower the cholesterol in the yolk)
Both parts have such tremendous nutritional value.
As a whole, eggs are a Super Food . . never eat just part of it.
I eat 3 to 5 eggs every single day and my blood lipids never change .. except to go DOWN when I eat less carbs.
that's the fact.
