Sungold Gaming International Ltd SUM Shares issued 15,806,820 Fri 16 Jan 98 News Release Mr Hans Banziger reports Mr Donald Harris has agreed to join the board of directors effective January 13 1998. Mr Harris is the president and CEO of TAC International Investments LLC, a private investment company and chairman of the board and CEO of Town's Edge Properties Inc, a developer of multiple residential and commercial properties. In line with Sungold's policy regarding executive compensation, Mr Harris has been granted an option to purchase up to 300,000 shares at $3.25 by January 13 2000.
