OT: I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and is an absolutely awesome phone. The expandable memory means I can put absolutely everything on it. It helps me do anything I would like to do fast.I can research my investments on it. Listen to my a lot of my music. Take photos that put most other phones and cameras to shame. I can set reminders for the few times I might actually forget to do something in a timely fashion. Upgrading phones every couple of years is totally worth it to me. Plus you get a decent trade in when you do it to lower the cost.

So I will upgrade when the Note 10 comes out.

As for computers I just upgraded to an ASUS F510UO which I purchased through Amazon Prime. The 128 SSD allows me to boot up in about 10 seconds. The one terabyte hard drive allows me to put all my music and photos on it from the past 15 years of my digital life. I personally do not trust the cloud to protect my privacy.

Weighing in at 3.7lbs the only complaint I have thus far is it is running hotter than my last laptop. But then right now I am asking it to run a ton of processes. I was able to buy it for about $620.00

Anyhow, here is the deal on that laptop which I would highly recommend over at Amazon.com:

ASUS VivoBook Thin and Lightweight FHD WideView Laptop, 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 128GB SSD+1TB HDD, USB Type-C, NanoEdge, Fingerprint Reader, Windows 10 - F510UA-AH55
