Okay, Bill, don't think that keeping your little buddy locked up is a bad thing!!! Clinton will ultimately pay for his lack of self-control, whether by kharma, or just because he will have Hillary at his throat forever, and now he OWES her something, big time!!! I think one of the interesting sidelines here is that because she perceives herself as very religious (hey, how about a basic course in ETHICS, Hillary?), she sees Bill's roving "eye" as her cross to bear.
There is sort of a recent consensus among Americans that sexual misbehavior is no longer associated with the ability to govern a country. To me, Billy's lack of any moral compass goes way beyond that, but it is obviously true that leadership qualities are evident in people who are not monogamous. Europeans have always separated private behavior from the ability to govern.
Are you saying that while the proposal was to take away potential profits from new drugs, that it was not put into effect? If new drugs cannot be profitable, why would anyone ever invest in biotechs? It doesn't make sense!! |
