Jim, re: "The whole home PC chip distribution is shifting to the lower end." Thats the kind of blanket statement that just doesn't cut it. Some of the home market is moving to the low end, the majority of which is probably incremental sales. Don't make wholesale statements unless you can back them up with facts, if not, state them as opinions. John
