Bill,

Yes exchanges have lists of assay labs they will accept. The question is how you handle technological advance. Technological advance does occur. I understand both positions in this. The ASE has seen a LOT of fraud. They want to be very conservative in their approach. Naxos claims they have a technological advance. They wish to find a lab to analyze the technological advance and then do assays if they sign of on the method. This is the essence of the impass between the ASE and Naxos. Both have a valid point of view. It is your and my job as informed investors and thinking human beings to evaluate each position and determine whether the parties involved are reputable. I've done a lot of due diligence on this. I have spoken to many people in the mining industry, very few of them are associated with the dirts. The reputation of Ledoux is very good. BD also. I have checked out various comments I have heard about Dr Johnson's process and appears possible. On this basis I have chosen to trust Ledoux and based on what we have heard so far invest in Naxos. As in all risky investments I have practiced diversification. Each of us has to evaluate the information. I choose to rely on my own due diligence as opposed to an exchanges's caution.
