GIST update, data kind of meh, particularly in 4L, where PFS has really dropped off. Stock is not reacting well - though it's another off day for the market - having splutted to 52 week lows yesterday, it's doing it again by a small margin today. Deciphera is still very much in the hunt with superficially better data - but likely less rigorous review standard - and it's stock is up a tad today.

There is also a signal of memory impairment, a cognitive AE that I believe is new, and which might imply there's not much room for tweaking the dose, despite the generally good AE profile. So accelerated approval looks a bit iffy?

Glad mine is a modest position.
