Not sure but it sure looked capitulatory. Everything I own that had held in got demolished this week. Generals sold. I think this is Pelosi/Trump do a deal myself. Plus interest rate freakout. Plus that high beta Peter disagrees with biting us in the ass. BUT based on fib levels being hit and certain metrics I use getting super extended beyond all other declines (several), I think a low (to be re-tested later) is in. 78/79 fixes some of these issues on record extended levels. Need a weekly close there. Then the comparable declines suggest mid teens drawups next 2 months. 88 would re-trace half the decline. A more common target might be low 90s.
