It could quickly disappear if things don't go well with business, so?

It's the lack of growth (earnings) that concerns people (IMO)
And rightly so, but should CGI land a few more good contracts, then earnings could easily double. There are ample indicators that CGI is quie capable of doing that. what would it take? I could not answer this today...
