BTW, gerrymandering has an easy fix. The constitution allows the Congress to set the election laws. Get the majority in both houses and pass the law. But I don't think it will happen because neither party really wants gerrymandering to go away. They just don't want it for the other side. BUT if Dems campaign on an anti-gerrymandering platform, then it will be hard not to pull through when they get the majority.
