The (D)'s need to figure out how to get jobs out to the red states. The (R)'s lied about bringing coal back, getting factories back, etc., and the (D)'s were basically just 'Move to where the jobs are.'. That's impossible when you have no money because you don't have a job. If they incentivized corporations to have jobs that can be done remotely done in red states with no jobs it might help. They might have to provide computers and training as well. Maybe PAY people to relocate to areas with jobs?
