Remember Mr Czecher that brokers don’t participate in non broker raises.
I won’t be surprised we’ll see more about who is paying for the drilling. If that doesn’t happen it will be a sad day for us Zen shareholders. Almost as bad as CCB.
Now did the court case go on Friday? "

David - Lets look at your post line by line-

"Obviously this raise was for longtime shareholders and insiders"
How is that "obvious" It is not stated in the NR.
The same language was used for AE's FAILED $0.65 PP - Was it also just for "longtime shareholders and insiders"? Does that imply some sort of forgiveness for missing the PP target?
Team Yellow clearly stated they had ARRANGED a PP to raise a "minimum" of $1 million. THEY FAILED!! It took over 6 weeks to source only $583,000 - Apparently it was not really "ARRANGED".
They ran for the BOD positions on a platform of being able to raise the funds required to advance the Albany Project. I repeat: THEY FAILED!! AND THEY FAILED BADLY.
Don't take my word for it - Their failure will be reflected in new 6 year Share Price lows in the near future.

"Remember Mr Czecher that brokers don’t participate in non broker raises."
Thanks for the tip David - I'm going to write that down.

David - You are putting the cart way out in front of the horse. ZEN has applied for an Extraction Permit. It HAS NOT been granted yet.
If it is granted, ZEN will have to submit a 3rd party EA covering the proposed roadway, 10 meters either side of the roadway and any areas excavated (+ 10 meters around excavation) to provide fill for the roadway.
If the EA is accepted they can start to build the road. When the road is complete, ZEN can bring in the drill(s) IF the ground is still frozen.
Of course, you knew all that David, didn't you? Are you confident it can all be done before spring thaw?
David, you have seen the results of Team Yellow's PP efforts. Why would you believe that fundraising for drilling will be different?
Is it because the same idiot who said ZEN graphite was "nuclear grade and isotropy right out of the ground" has now claimed he has access to funding?
Would you like to buy some swampland David? Oh wait!! You already have - Its called the James Bay Lowlands.
The last day that was NOT a sad day for ZEN shareholders was in July 2013.

"Now did the court case go on Friday?"
David - I will assume that you meant "HOW" and not "NOW".
I realize you wouldn't have a clue how to look it up yourself - so check this out. canadacarbon.com

David, the fact that you are defensive of your decision to invest in a highly questionable graphite play is not surprising.
Will you be among the last to realize it was a 100% losing decision - a mistake? I suspect you will.
Will you ever admit it? I suspect you won't.

Choo-Choo??
