You "claimed" that the specifically told you that NO company with a open review would be approved. This is NOT TRUE. When I called I specifically asked if anyone at NASDAQ would make such a claim, they said no. When Kevin Hansen called he wasn't told that either. I have gotten several emails from others who called and my investment advisor even called and no one was told anything like what you say. It was very clear that just because the NASD has a review it was not, by itself, a disqualification for NASDAQ. Furthermore, you then tried to say that CSGI had filed for NASDAQ once before and had gotten turned down. WHICH WAS UNTRUE. Remember, that was when you decided not to post for a few days. You have consistently posted false information on this thread.
