Let's rake the forest. Let's blame California for not having raked U.S. forests. Let's blame California for years of having the federal government divert funds dedicated to forest management. But let's also forget all that, and rake the forest. We need volunteers. Hold up your hand!!

That is, many in the area feel displaced and marginalized.

So why doesn't the Donald hire, using fed funds, all of those who were just made homeless by the fire? To rake/weed federal forests in California? Just a start, but it could be actively built into an infrastructure project which would make the cost of a pukin' wall look like pennies on the ground at a gas station.

Somewhere, back in classrooms and youth, I remember the phrase "checks and balances".
