Legally, you certainly can. You just shouldn't and most people don't. As you just suggested there are things that should not be said because it makes no sense to say them. But some people will say them anyway. Don't you think that the fool who yell fire in a crowded theater and cause some deaths, should be judged and sentenced. In other words, if you say something that do seriously harm other people, should'nt there be some rules to let you know what consequences you may get? BTW, if I was american, I would not be a republican nor a democrat. BTW2, are you a libertarian or a republican?
