I agree with your position on the "drug war" but can't understand why liberals don't apply the same standards, in their support of personal freedoms, to the business world and free market. The converse is true.

Well, there is this issue of the constitution, which doesn't say much about the rights of business but says plenty about individual rights. Where, exactly, do you guys see anything like the Libertarian/Objectivist business utopia in practice? Where does business have a freer hand than in the U.S.? As far as Sherman goes, the political process is open to everyone, and by everything I see it's weighted plenty enough toward business the way it is.
