Compaq seems to have lousy Customer Service. A friend of mine bought one of thier computers 6 months ago and has had nothing but trouble. Compaq keeps telling the local repair guys to do the same thing over and over and it doesn't fix the problem. The repair guys think they know what is wrong but, Compaq will not authorize repair and is making the repair people wait for a box so they can ship it back to Compaq. Glad I bought a Micron! Mary
