Hank, sorry I missed the Jost Van Dyke New Year party at Foxies, maybe next year. Someone posted something on this thread about ESMC and I checked their thread and shorted immediately upon reading about the ugly convertible deal. The stock was very obviously hyped up from $2 to $10 in order to create the dealso my theory is that it will fall back to $2. Don't know much about the company, the convertible deal was all I needed to know.
