T.R. Are you telling us that it is actually forbidden by law to smoke in ones vehicle in Boulder, Colorado??!! I am speechless! And I thought the new California smoking law went beyond the fringe! This has got to take the plaid rabbit at the carnival for lunacy. Okay, I know about fire hazzards and people tossing lit cigarettes into the air, but still . . . We can only hope the caring folk in Sacramento doesn't pick up on this, but they surely will. Fire potential is a real threat here in usually parched California. Remember the Berkeley/Oakland firestorm a few years back? Personally, I think anyone who litters the land with cigarette butts--lit or otherwise--should be burned at the stake. But then, I am known to be something of a liberal. Holly
