I note the uninformed are saying AE is selling the stock off which is possible but I doubt it. Its more the "show me you have people waiting to fund you Dube" that now realize he did not have people willing to fund ZEN.
You see, when Dube, Fenton and Bosse were planning the coup, they sold ZEN shares so there would be someone, anyone, willing to fund the company. So the mere fact that the dasturdly trio sold at 80c+ in all likelihood now makes buying 45c a less painful process.
But the facts are, they could not close the $1million PP and have pretended that it was always the intent to close in tranches, when in fact those that call themselves BoD and CEO now are accumulating options that will give them a remote chance of breaking even, while the sheep suffer the consequences.
Of course there is always ...welll AE was getting paid $225K I must be worth $112K at least at the next AGM.
So Dube will be reimbursed for his fairy tales far sooner then any sheep he is shearing.

In the meantime He has to raise $4million MINIMUM to do the EA, PEA, and Drill Program and suddenly those that were concerned his fairy tale was all fairy tale see he cannot raise even 50% of what he wanted without insiders throwing in 50% of that.

I am just sitting back and enjoying this whole new "Were enviro friendly even though were gonna use the most caustic chemicals known to man" skit starring Choo Choo Glorieux and my old Nuclear Reactor Expert Fenton lol
