I didn't have the court order infront of me and just used that term out of simplicity. Thank for clarification. Have you found anymore on the debenture offerings and get a clarification from the company? It looks to me that there are several more that will hit in the middle to end of Feb. Thank you for all of the good information that you have supplied to shareholders.

P.S. How is it around Portland? My parents said it was slow going earlier in the week. (They still went to work on Mon.) :-)
