Remember, the 'Directors' can, and do, award themselves hefty shares A compensation committee does. This is a rather common way of paying executive employees in corporations. 1250 shares is not exactly a lot of shares to award and often any selling is to satisfy tax liabilities. Corporations like UDC realize it is important to retain knowledgeable expert employees with incentives. We" "all" not your friend and need no wake up call.
