Alex and All,

There used to be a saying in medicine that if you had enough bucks or if you had good health insurance coverage you would never die (or at least you could expect to live well beyond what would seem to be your allotted time) and this was essentially true. With the new brand of medicine as practiced by HMOs and their concept of managed care, this truism has changed to read that if you have big buck (on the order of a Rockefeller) you will never die.
