There are very few civil causes of action that can't be lumped into one complaint, and then if the facts fit, be turned into a class action. Even wrong doing that arises to a criminal level, usually has a civil component that can be sued out (example O.J.: murder and wrongful death). I think that answers your question. I agree that the stock slide does not bode well for the UMSI boys.

I think I received some info from Laurens a while back on a couple of employment breach of contract actions that had been started. I think the fellow who just died was one of those plaintifs. Neither one of the cases, as I recall, sounded particularly unusual. If I recall correctly, I think one of the plaintiff's was even demanding stock he alledged was owned him. Poor guy. Now is the time to settle that one.

Just took a consulting job with a Patent firm on a litigation matter. Keeping me up...reason for the late post...needed a little stress relief before bed, and this thread usually does it.
