My browser is Explorer, on my Windows 7 and on two Windows 10 (although I think one of the Windows 10 is actually Windows 8.1 or 8.2 - can't remember right now and since it's after 2:00 a.m. here I'm too tired to fire them up to look). None of them can view Twitter videos. I've also got Chrome but never use it because, for me, it is not user friendly. As for the rest....I have no clue. Too technical.
