My take of today is that to the analyst community VLSI's predictability is still low. Even though the estimates are high, they may give those estimates a low confidence level. It boils down to track record. VLSI needs to deliver a few more quarters as promised to improve this predictability. We will be doing fine if VLSI continues to deliver. After today, my hope to see the water fall reserved in Jan has disappeared totally. It may take a few months longer.
