That juggernaught is still unfolding. Houston is going to continue to be the hub for everything gas and oil for quite a long time. there are a lot of high bandwidth folks down there who know the business and have assembled capital and access to more. While its my opinion oil should still go lower.

Electric vehicles and the opportunity for nationwide Mag Lev projects has never been better. LNG could easily take additional share from crude in transportation. IMO crude for transportation peaked some years ago in the USA. .
