I use this music in some of my videos I create. I bought a commercial license from Pond5.com for it, only cost me 2 dollars 5 years ago. I started to use it again and was hit with a copyright claim from his new agent or whoever he uses to market his music. I countered the claim with proof that I had a commercial license and after 30 days they released the claim. I am now free to use it for commercial proposes.
